I have always been interested in health, especially from a holistic approach. How the human body and mind work is truly fascinating. The importance of our mental and emotional health is equally as important as taking care of our physical health. My work is not just my job. It is my absolute passion.
I started having remedial massage myself many years ago, after suffering from headaches, back and neck pain. The results were amazing. I thought ‘I want to do this for people’, so I decided to study myself. I chose the Anatomy and Physiology, alongside Holistic Massage course at East Berkshire College, gaining level three diplomas from the International Therapists Examining Council, and was awarded student of the year.
I then went on to complete the Hot Stones Massage course, as well as Reflexology and Sports Massage Diplomas.
Having worked as a physical therapist for fourteen years, my own personal journey and passion for mental and physical health combined, lead me to complete my studies and gain Practitioner Diplomas in both Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Hypnotherapy, passing each with distinction.
My treatment room is within my own home in Forest Park, Bracknell. This allows me to work flexible hours.
I have accreditation from the Complementary Medical Association, and work within a strict code of ethics and guidelines.
